Graduate Mentorship Programme
Graduate Mentorship Programme
Annually, STRATO recruits a number of university graduates for the STRATO Graduate Mentorship Programme. Registered with MICT SETA, this year-long programme consists of modules that take graduates through a number of soft and technical skills courses.
During the programme, graduates are allocated to senior consultants for mentorship, and are placed at our customers depending on customer requirements as well as the graduate's chosen area of interest and skills base. The programme is geared to foster meaningful long-term relationships between company and employee.
We believe it is our joint responsibility to help with the development and skills of our youth, to benefit the country as a whole. We actively encourage our customers to participate in this programme with us.
Who should apply
Interested university students (3rd year or honours), preferably studying BCom Information Systems, BCom Analytics or BSc Information Systems, are welcome to contact STRATO to enquire about the programme.
