About STRATO
STRATO was established in early 1999 and has provided business and system consulting, implementation and support services ever since. Most of that work has centred on SAP ERP and related products, and since 2015 the company has also delivered cloud-based digitalisation solutions to the logistics industry.
Team members are carefully selected, certified consultants who work in close partnership with clients — people engaging with people, rather than faceless service delivery.
1999
Founded in early 1999, providing SAP ERP consulting, implementation and support services to medium-sized SAP customers. Later that year Gateway joined other ERP entities to establish ERP.com Holdings, listed on the JSE, and rebranded as iServe.
2013
In January 2013 iServe was rebranded as STRATO IT Group, a name adapted from “stratum” — layers arranged one on top of another, the foundation from which to build and grow.
2015
STRATO began providing cloud-based digitalisation solutions to the logistics industry and its customers, and gradually transitioned towards product development and business consulting.
